Our head of litigation John Aycock is an accredited employment and workplace mediator.  In the right circumstances he is able to provide independent services to those seeking to mediate their employment dispute whether it be a claim or an internal workplace matter needing resolution.  Please contact John Aycock  if you wish to discuss this further.

Our advocates generally have experience in appearing on behalf of M&P Legal clients in mediations and are able to advise clients at the outset of a dispute as to whether mediation (or any other form of alternative dispute resolution) is an appropriate form of dispute resolution in their particular case.
