M&P Legal has established a three lawyer environmental law unit in response to anticipated growth in demand as the Isle of Man begins implementation of the 2050 net zero carbon target. A significant report by Professor Curran has mapped a pathway for the Island. Manx environmental law covers a wide range of areas and is not identical to English law. M&P Legal's unit can advise on environmental impact assessments for major planning projects, pollution, farming, marine environment and animal welfare issues together with myriad other 'green law' matters.
