M&P Legal has announced the recruitment of a new advocate to its practice. Nadine Roberts has joined M&P Legal from Corlett Bolton Advocates.
Nadine qualified as a Manx advocate in 2009 having obtained her post graduate diploma in legal practice at Guildford College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the University of Wales at Aberystwyth with an LLB Hons in 2005. She has lived on the island since the age of 4.
During her training, she was vice chairperson of the Isle of Man Young Lawyers Association. Since qualification as an advocate Nadine has practised a wide range of legal work. At M&P Legal Nadine will be focussing upon dispute and private client work.
Head of M&P Legal's litigation department John Aycock commented: "Nadine is becoming known in the Manx Bar as a young lawyer with a careful eye for detail and this clearly augurs well for the future. With M&P Legal's comprehensive support system and its healthy range of quality legal work, there is every expectation that Nadine will continue to develop as an advocate and contribute much to this practice. We are very pleased that she has joined us."
Nadine said that she was very pleased to join such a well regarded practice as M&P Legal. "It is clear to me that M&P Legal has a very good reputation, a sound client base and excellent training and support systems already in place and I'm very much looking forward to the challenge of working as an advocate in this practice", commented Nadine.
