• Mergers and Acquisitions – assisting in the purchase and amalgamation of a multinational group of companies with value over £1m
• Financing – assisting in multiple financing and refinancing ventures, involving assets and facilities worth over £50m at a time
• Sales – negotiating and drafting in the sale of local and multinational businesses, with values of over £2m
• Shareholder Disputes – advising and negotiating on shareholder disputes involving high value entities and complex structures
• Drafting – drafting transactional documents, loan documentation, shareholder agreements, asset sale/purchase agreements
• Share buyback – advising a local company on a share buyback worth over £500,000, drafting necessary documentation and seeing through to completion
• Corporate Governance – drafting and advising on articles of association, minutes/resolutions, company law and other matters of good corporate governance
• Cryptocurrency – advising on the establishment of a cryptocurrency exchange, ongoing operational and regulatory drafting and advice, ultimately advising on its sale
